Thin Brick Methods and Materials
This program consists of an explanation of the most common thin brick systems, the installation methods, pros and cons, weight and approximate cost of each system.
These systems are:
Thin set.
Thick set.
Polystyrene Panels.
Metal panels.
Course height adjustable steel rail system.
Pre-fabricated panels.
Poured over grid work (stand up/precast) panels.
This course is given to familiarize the attendee with the various thin brick systems. The advantages and disadvantages of each system are discussed for the benefit of the listener to determine the best thin brick system for a given situation.
This is a 1 credit course consisting of 50 minutes of instruction followed by 10 minutes of Q&A
